How the Body Reveals What It Needs

🌸 What if your body could guide the process?
Instead of guessing what you need, what if your body could tell us?
Our bodies are constantly monitoring the environment around us, physically and energetically, through all our senses. When something comes into our energetic field that is not a good fit for us, our nervous system will immediately respond with an ever-so-slight shift in muscle tone. We are able to pick up on that shift with muscle testing.
Muscle testing is a biofeedback tool to see if something is beneficial to a person.
It's not a strength test.
We have people hold up their arm. And we watch how their muscle responds when a little bit of pressure is applied.
It will respond in one of two ways.
The first way is a strong response. When a little bit of pressure is applied to the patient's arm, her muscle will respond and it will match the amount of pressure applied by the practitioner. This signifies that the item being tested is a fit for us.
The second way is a weak response. When the same little amount of pressure is applied, the patient's muscle will temporarily shut down due to neurological inhibition. This signifies that the item being tested is NOT a fit for us.
It's a quick and extremely powerful tool used to:
assess organ and system function
identify stress patterns
determine what support is needed
🌸 Why this matters
Every body is different.
What works for one person may not work for another.
🌸 The takeaway
Your body already knows what it needs.
The key is learning how to listen.
