About

For Those Who Expect More
We help uncover the underlying emotional, chemical, and structural stress patterns so your nervous system can restore balance.
Many of the people who find us have already done the work. They’ve tried treatments, followed protocols, and sought answers—yet their health still hasn’t fully moved forward.

If you’re here, you likely sense that your symptoms aren’t random, and that your body is responding to unresolved stress rather than failure. We work by listening to the nervous system and identifying the emotional, chemical, and structural patterns that keep the body in compensation.

Our role is not to fix you, but to help your system release what it’s been holding so balance and healing can emerge naturally.
Integrative Healing
At 970 Chiropractic, we view the body as an integrated, self-regulating system. Physical structure, internal physiology, and emotional stress are not separate influences. They are constantly informing one another through the nervous system and adapting to keep the body functioning.

Rather than chasing symptoms, we focus on identifying where the body is compensating or holding unresolved stress, and supporting its ability to release those patterns when it’s ready.

Healing happens most effectively when the nervous system feels safe, supported, and properly guided.
What to Expect from Care
Identify the Root
We begin by identifying where the nervous system is compensating or holding unresolved stress. This may be structural, emotional, or chemical in nature.
Rather than guessing, we assess how your body is responding in real time—looking for patterns that explain why symptoms persist and progress has stalled.

Restore Balance
Care is guided by what your nervous system is ready to release. Instead of forcing correction, we support the body in shifting out of compensation and back toward regulation.
As balance is restored, systems begin communicating more clearly, allowing the body to redirect energy from survival into healing.
Integrate & Move Forward
As root causes are resolved and balance is restored, the body can function more freely. Healing becomes something you experience, not something you chase.
This integration supports resilience, adaptability, and a renewed sense of trust in your body—so health can continue to improve over time.

Meet Dr. Jenny
My work is centered on helping people understand their bodies more clearly — not just what hurts, but why it hasn’t resolved yet.

Through advanced training in neuro-emotional, structural, and biochemical assessment methods, I focus on identifying the underlying stress patterns that limit healing and guiding the body back toward balance in a respectful, patient-centered way.

I believe the body is intelligent, adaptive, and capable of profound change when given the right conditions and timing.
